I'd like to set up a franchise with you. How can I learn more about this opportunity?

There is a form on our website which you can fill out and submit to receive further information from us. We will review your information and subsequently contact you with answers to any of your questions. We can provide you with a better understanding of our company's systems and operations.

After our first meeting or telemeeting we will provide you detailed franchise disclosure document. Which you will need to keep for min of 14 days (please refer FDD for detailed terms & conditions) before you can sign up with us.

What should I know before I set up a franchise?

It is important to know that franchises are regulated by the FTC at the Federal Level of the Government. Therefore, you must comply with certain laws and regulations at the federal and state levels if you wish to set up a franchise.

You may need to register and receive approval from the state to set up franchises. These laws differ depending on what state you live in. When you meet with our company's representative, you will receive the FTC Disclosure Document(Federal Trade Commission Disclosure Document).

This document will provide you with important information about the franchise in great detail and will include various disclosure terms which you will need to agree to.

What is needed to qualify for a Minds Ahead USA franchise?

When judging our prospects, what we are most interested in seeing is a personal drive to achieve excellence, an overall motivation to succeed. We will always be able to provide you with support as needed, but in turn, you must be sufficiently self-reliant, in order to apply these support processes at your center and maintain your end of the franchise.

Initially, you must also be able to start up the franchise with a minimal fund during the first few months of operation. Compared to most franchises, Minds Ahead has a relatively low start-up cost. This is an advantage that should be attractive to new prospects.

Can we schedule a time to meet to better understand the model?

Certainly. If you call our headquarters, we can arrange for a meeting. Once you start the process for applying for a franchise we will also follow up for questions and for a personal meeting. If you are not able to come in person we will organize a video meeting over the internet.

Will you provide any training?

Yes. There will be a comprehensive 5-day training session held at our Corporate Office in Edison, NJ. During this training period, you will be educated on all aspects of running a Minds Ahead Learning Center. You will be trained in sales, operation, marketing of the franchise, BrainOBrain, LanguageMinds, MindsBee and so on.

Will you provide any support, initially or long-term?

Of course. Initially, you will be provided with a center welcome kit to get operations underway. In addition, on a long-term basis, we will strive to provide all of our franchisees with the sales and marketing support they will need to grow their business. Besides our regular help & support you may have opportunity to buy dedicated one on one onsite help & support for local marketing & operations on need basis.

How long will the start-up process take for such a franchise to begin operations?

After signing the Franchise Agreement, you will most likely be able to begin operations in less than 30 days. Your week-long training program in included in that 30 day projection. In situations where construction is underway you may take additional approval based on lease documentation.

How much can I earn in a month and how much area will I be targeting?

The amount of income you can produce will depend on many factors, so we are not able to make specific earning claims for each center. However, we can share the approximate figures based on our experience with existing franchises.

Our franchise territory (for a center based franchise) is typically for 10 square miles. We would like you to propose the territory that you would like to target so that we can discuss the business viability and projected return on investment. We encourage you to review internet information about the demographics of the territory.

Will I be required to rent an office?

Yes, for our purposes, you will need to rent an office in which there are rooms to hold classes. It should measure around 800 to 1000 sq ft.

Is it possible to be an absentee owner with your franchise?

When it comes to our franchise, you cannot be an owner who is "absentee." At all times, you must be an active owner.
